Refund Policy
Refunds/Stopping Service:
New Customers:
If you are not happy with your service within the first 30 days of use, you can cancel and receive a refund for your installation fee and all monthly charges.
Existing Customers:
Edge Broadband requires a 30-day notice if you need to stop service, partial or whole for any reason.
If you have paid for services in advance, no proration will be given if you stop service after the 1st of the month. The refund will be given for the remaining whole months.
Grace periods will be considered at the discretion of Edge Broadband.
Refunds will be issued by check and can take up to 90 days to process.
